PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking a General Neurologist to join our established, collaborative neurology team in Vancouver, Washington—one of the most desirable locations in the Pacific Northwest.

- 1 Sleep Specialist
- 1 Sleep Nurse Practitioner

Practice Highlights
- Flexible 4–5 day work week
- 36 patient contact hours per week with a built-in 4 hours administrative time (1.0 FTE)
- 1:9 home-based night call
- EPIC EMR + DAX AI scribe for enhanced efficiency
- Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support
- Optional opportunities for Botox and EMG/NCV procedures
- Ability to read your own EEGs

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary (1–2 years): $354,224, then transition to production model
